Services
Shrixxenkhepin provides photography workshops and visual storytelling education in San Francisco, California. Workshop bookings are subject to availability. Our Return Policy governs cancellations and refunds.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to transmit harmful content. Content on this Site is for informational purposes related to our workshops. You must be 18 years or older to register for workshops, or have parental consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Shrixxenkhepin and protected by applicable law. Workshop materials provided to participants are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Refunds and Cancellations
Our Return Policy applies to all workshop registrations. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may receive a 50% refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel workshops and will provide a full refund or transfer option.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shrixxenkhepin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Site or participation in workshops. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant workshop.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
